As you may be aware, custom made products like personalized bracelets cannot be restocked. Currently the industry standard for customized items is a no return or no refund policy if the product has been received according to the order.
If there has been a mistake with an order – either due to a typo or other issues we’ll redo the order and ship it to you at no extra cost. If you detect such issue, please write an email to email@example.com and include a photo where the issue is visible. We’ll process your order and notify you when the replacement has been shipped out.
When making the order, please, make sure that you provide the correct shipping address. In case you (as a client) have stated the shipping address incorrect the shipment is not going to reach it's destination and Friendly Bracelets will not take any responsibility for this.
